Terms and Conditions

• Check-in time is 14:00, and check-out time is 12:00. The room rate includes accommodation for 2 persons. Guests wishing for a late check-out must obtain approval from the reception before 12:00 and pay the applicable surcharge.
• Extra guest charges are as follows: children aged 6–12 — 5,000 AMD, guests over 12 years old — 10,000 AMD.
• After 22:00, non-registered visitors are not allowed in the guest room area.
• All payments are accepted in Armenian Drams (AMD) only.
• Smoking in non-designated areas is prohibited. Allowed only on balconies and in designated areas. Penalty — 50,000 AMD.
• Parents are fully responsible for the safety of their children on the hotel premises. Please do not leave children unattended.
• Use of the swimming pool, sauna, and hammam is at the Guest’s own risk. The Hotel shall not be held liable for any injuries resulting from failure to comply with safety rules.
• The hotel is not responsible for the loss of guests’ personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safes.
• Guests must maintain silence from 22:00 to 08:00 and respect other guests’ comfort.
• Guests are required to maintain cleanliness on the hotel premises and handle property and equipment with care.
• In case of damage or loss of property caused by the Guest, the resulting ущерб shall be compensated. The Hotel reserves the right to charge the Guest for any damage, including but not limited to damage to furniture, textiles, equipment, and interior elements.
• The Guest, by signing this form, confirms their agreement that room cleaning is carried out by the Hotel’s housekeeping department in accordance with the Hotel’s established standards, schedule, and internal regulations.
• The Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict a Guest in cases of aggressive behavior, disturbance of public order, or being under the influence of excessive alcohol.
• The Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a Guest’s stay without refund in case of violation of the house rules.
• In case of fire, earthquake, or other emergencies, please follow the instructions of the staff.
• The Hotel shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to force majeure circumstances.
• Video surveillance is conducted on the Hotel premises for security purposes.
• Guests’ personal data is processed by the Hotel in accordance with applicable laws RA and is used solely for the purpose of providing services.

Pets are strictly not allowed, except in rooms specifically designated for guests traveling with pets.
