We preserve our extensive wine collection in a unique underground cellar, carved deep into natural stone. The consistent cool temperature and humidity provide an ideal environment, ensuring that each bottle matures perfectly over time. These conditions allow the flavors to fully develop, preserving the integrity and quality of the wines.

Our wine collection is constantly evolving, offering guests new tastes and experiences. The cellar also preserves brandy spirit that will mature over time into the signature Old Ijevan brandy — a process that reflects tradition and craftsmanship.

The cellar itself is carved into rock, with walls built from its natural stone fragments, creating an authentic and truly unique atmosphere where every detail tells a story.
